Steve started his career as a qualified teacher in Advanced PE before working in the chemical supply industry in Wales. Since then, he has worked in the recruitment sector for over 15 years developing new client bases for businesses.

He is a avid golfer and can often be spotted at various golf clubs in Wales. He is a keen gardener and grows most of his own veggies at home.
