Mark has a passion for fitness, he took up a role as a General Manager at a franchise gym whilst completing his CIPD Level 5. He prides himself on keeping fit physically and likes to promote mindfulness.

He has generated a keen interest in historical circulated coinage and the history of our Great British Monarchy, and its battles, having worked for many years at the London Mint Office.
 
Mark experienced a long rewarding Senior Management career, earning multiple national awards, before deciding to pursue a career working closer with people.
 
In the meantime, he founded a successful local Cafe in 2016, employing a five strong team of happy employees.

He is excited for a long future working at Darcy Associates, combining his skills and knowledge in management and HR to assist in expanding the company to the #1 go-to recruitment company in the construction industry.
